Tennis Court Reservation Policy

Reservation Phone Line: (360) 692-6647 - only one court reservation per phone call

Non Prime Time: Members who wish to play between 6:00am and 4:00pm may reserve a court time at 12 noon two days previous.  (12 noon is the earliest that you may call for a court for the day after tomorrow).  Half an hour later, you may walk up to the desk for reservations.  Non prime time court play is 1 ½ hours for doubles and 1 hour for singles.

Prime Time: 4:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday - Friday.  Phone reservations will begin at 8:30pm two days prior.  Court Times during prime time are 1 ½ hours for doubles and 1 hour for singles.

Weekend Rule: If you wish to reserve a court for Saturday, call on Thursday at anytime.  If you wish to reserve a court for Sunday call on Friday at anytime.  If you wish to reserve a court on Monday call on Saturday at 12:00 noon for a non prime time court (6:00am-4:00pm).  For prime time courts on Monday call at 3:00pm on Saturday.  Same times apply if you are calling on Sunday for courts on Tuesday.

No Show Rule: Members who make reservations and do not show up or do not call to cancel will be fined $15.00.  You have until 3 hours before the reservation time to cancel.   Please be courteous and let us know.

A member may reserve court 4 (the training/teaching court), if available, beginning at 2pm the day previous.
