Guest Fee Policies

All regular guests must be accompanied by a member and must sign in at the front desk.

Adult guests are allowed 6 visits annually; this includes inactive members.  Only active club members may use tennis courts on men’s (Thursday) and women’s (Monday) nights and racquetball courts on round robin (Tuesday) night.

The intended use for a guest pass is to allow members to bring family and friends to the club to participate with them in activities like tennis, swimming, and working out.  It does not include programs with a fee like tennis lessons, drills, swim lessons, etc.  Separate non-member rates may apply to those activities.  Guest passes have a limited and specific use and are a courtesy to our members, allowing members to introduce the BTAC to their friends and family.

1.  All guests using guest passes must be accompanied by a member during their entire visit.

2.  Members must clearly print their name and phone # on the back of all guest passes used for guests.

3.  Guest passes may not be used for tennis drills, lessons, or any program where a fee would normally be collected

REGULAR GUEST FEES and Inactive Club Members

-ADULTS - 19 or over: $8.00 or 2 guest tickets

-JUNIORS - under 19: $4.00 or 1 guest tickets

Children under 7 years old: Free to full/associate members; $4.00 for Swim and Silver Sneaker member

-HOUSEGUESTS - Must be registered in front office; 2 weeks maximum; guest fees are ½ of the above listed fees; do not need to be accompanied by a member; guest tickets must be signed by the member.

-SWIM ONLY GUESTS - adults: $8.00; all juniors 19 and under are $4.00

-MEMBERS ONLY- may purchase a book of 10 guest tickets for $35.  One ticket for junior guests and two tickets for adult guests

NON MEMBER PARTICIPATION RATES: All non members must sign in at front desk.

All non members must stop at the front desk and fill out a waiver of liability, personal information card, and have their picture taken.  You will receive a ticket indicating that you have paid your lesson fee, you will not be able to participate in lessons/drills without this ticket.
