The Club offers a variety of land classes taught by certified instructors which accommodate the "first timer" as well as more advanced participants.
Please let the instructor know if it is your first class. Non-members are welcome to participate for a daily or monthly fee.

The Club offers a full range of fitness services including a Weight Room Orientation, Fitness Assessments, and Personal Training.

Cycling


Several group cycling classes are offered during the week.

Non-members may purchase a monthly pass.
Schedules indicate the class type, location, and time and are available at the front office.
